Summacut D120 cut misalignment

Hello guys. I have this problem with the cutter (photo attached). Is is an alignment problem from the cutter itself? I dont think the software have something to do with that. If is the alignment, witch one is it? I have to mention that the plotter was not used for some good time before this.

Much appreciation,
BM

Re: Summacut D120 cut misalignment

Have you done the print & cut alignment process thats in the menu, basically you print a black square & the tell the cutter to fine it. Been a while since i've had a Summa so you'll have to read the manual to get full process

Re: Summacut D120 cut misalignment

Thanks Kev.
I have done the basic cut & alignment process that the cutter asks for, after sending the graphic to cutter. Will go trough some more manuals and see if i can find anything.

Have a nice day!
