Signlabs RIP filling up my hard drive?

Hi.
We have 2 mimaki printers, both running off their own computer via signlab

This week we have had problems with both computers, each saying they are running out of space.

We put files on a networked share centre never on the printers computers hard drive.
I have spent most of the week deleting programs from the said computers leaving only signlab on them. But we still are getting the messages, Friday the banner printer throw its toys out of the pram and wouldn't send the files to the rip.

I am sure I heard a Tec guy who was teaching us how to use the direct to garment printer ( the rip was cadlinks) that the rip saves the file somewhere on the computer in case you wanted to use it again.
Could this be filling up our hard drives?

If so, where can we find the said files so we can delete them
Thanks

May sound like a daft question, but do you ever change the "opacity" on artwork created in Signlab?
I love Signlab and been using it well over 15 years but came across a "one off" issue with a file that we used to drop the opacity on a coloured layer. worked perfect but when we exported it as EPS and sent it to the RIP it was half a gig in size.
it didnt do anything bad in any shape or form and worked fine, just the file size of that one file which we only noticed due to the time it took to RIP it. hence why i am asking do you use opacity often in your artwork.

In Flexi there is an option to delete the ripped file after printing, don't know if Signlab has that option

Re: Signlabs RIP filling up my hard drive?

Unless you are manually Archiving jobs, all job files will be in |VPM5\Queues\{Queuename}
Each Queue will have its own folder.
If there are no jobs in the queue, the folder should only contain
{Queuename}.psq file and Folder named "Autoload"

You can delete all other files in these folders if there are no jobs you need in the queue.

Additionally if you look at queue > properties > Job Reserve
If Enable Job Reserve is checked then all jobs are retained and drop to the bottom of the queue once processed. If the option to Save Spooled File on Job Reserve is checked then you are also saving the ripped file, this will eat disk space quite quickly.
