Fitting a sign to shutterbox

looking for the best way to fix a dibond sign to a shutterbox.

im sure theres many ways and i have ideas but this is alwyas th ebest place to seek advice.

yeah denise i think its probably as simple as that just incase i was missing something.

i was thinking countersunk self tapping screws then fit trim over it to hide screwheads

If you want a nice trimmed finish look use some 25mm ali angle put rivets through the side, even a mill finished angle gives a nice finish

He says he puts vinyl coloured circles over the countersunk screws.

Also keep away from the sides as the frame uses thick steel.

Hope that helps.

I know if he fits on his own he uses double sided tape to stick the panel to the box before using screws

The shutter box itself is folded panel end plates are only 3-5mm steel which drills easy with a decent drill bit. Trim makes a sign instead of a panel stuck on a box

yeah so self tappers does, i was going to use some stockframe trim form signgeer, covers the holes and goves a tidy finish used it once before and it is so much nicer than seeing screw heads
