Importing Fonts

Hi all, i have recently changed my PC which is running windows 7.
since changing alot of the fonts which i use are on my older XP PC, how can i get them on to my newer PC, would appreciate any help,

Open your Fonts folder in Control Panel and save the fonts you want onto a Disc or USB stick and install them onto the New PC

to install a font on win 7 you select the ones you want and right click to install

Use the Explore facility on the XP computer, and navigate to your hard drive that stores your OS.
Open the drive (typically C)
Scroll down to the Windows folder. Open it.
Scroll down to the Fonts folder. Open it.
Copy and paste to either a usb hard drive, then move them over to the new pc, or move to a shared folder if the 2 pc's are linked together.
This is what I did.
