need some help! as always :)

sorry if i seem unknowledgable but this is a new area for me
i have made signs before but the backings have always been supplied, so.
i need to make about 20 of each of these signs but not sure of the best route, the green one is made from a plasticy/foamy 5mm backing and the white is just like an a4 plastic sheet, both are printed on and i dont have the machinery for that but my thoughts were.
sourcing some a4 white plasticy stuff that i can sublimate the prints onto
sourcint the bigger foamy/plasticy stuff then either get some digital prints done or cover them in a green vinyl and white cut vinyl for the writing as 2 layers
i need to keep costs as low as possible as its for family
any advice towards names of materials or methods will be appreciated

Larger - cut the lettering OUT of the green vinyl and let the white material show through...just halved your vinyl costs!

Foam PVC - cheap & cheerful, but not great for extended periods / direct sun, better with aluminium composite.

If cheapness is the name - then correx (as used for security / for sale boards).

thanks for the quick reply, they are for outside use so have weather exposure from both extremes in this country, thats a better idea about the vinyl showing through the white, i knew i frgot to mention it ;)
they will be on roundabouts, big flower displays etc so has to be durable but i think they are changed every year or so, would the sublimation idea work for the smaller ones? as i dont have a digital printer for the detailed graphics
