hello from glasgow

hello just just joined the forum my name is gordon. i have been a vinyl applicator for over 20 years starting of with merson signs a long time ago and worked my way through a few graphics companys until i went myself 4 years ago now .i am based just outside glasgow and our day today business is large fleet graphics which include lots of vans large trucks and we specialise in curtainsiders using both ink and curtain vinyl we also have a jig in our workshop which lets us hang new curtains for signing before they go to the coachbuilders for fitting..anyway thats me for now i hope to be on here reguarly when i get the chance.

Hi and welcome Gordon.
Sounds like you've a lot of experience.
Good idea to have a jig to put curtains, I've had to do the odd one or
two on the floor!!! Not very clever. Mostly I do them on the truck or trailer.
Good to see someone still using ink too, do you use Apollo inks?

Hi neil thanks for the welcome .yes i use apollo inks with oracle 810 paint mask and also apa curtain vinyl which i have used for years and compared to the avery signflex is miles better in both quality and price

Hi harry it is basically a10m length of curtain track that the coachbuilders use on the trucks that i have on my wall
