Aye - like being home again - all friendly faces...

Life has been ok, the change of direction paid off although bloody hard work i must admit leaving the sign industry after 20 odd years to do something differentish - company is growing now, were just about to move into a 8000 SQ ft unit, Got me a big AXYZ 6010 with a 10hp motor (its my baby), we now do vac forming and other special stuff blah blah blah

Hi Paul - I remember back in the early days of UKSB you were the fabrication expert providing advice on built up lettering.

I did wonder where you had gone to?

We got the artcam Pro software and although we dont use it for signs, i make a lot of tooling from it, the 3d is excellent, a little slow but good once you get your head round it - were looking at getting some other more 3d orientated software on board (more engineering based) as that the way tings are going..

Machine is bob on - have a few gripes with it which i guess if i phoned AXYZ they would be sorted so its lazy on my part...lol.

We looked at Pacer, bloody all of them and AXYZ was the daddy

guy mike someone! nah, :lol1: last i heard he had gave up signs and moved into websites. enough about that one...
theres probably a good few mate, but not as many participate on the site as much as they did back then but they login daily. god its 7 years paul....
adrian howard is still on the boards, adrian has been a group member from the day dot... new sealand guy i think your talking about leeroy? he won a design contest for mactac on the boards years back? he still pops on pretty regular but again doesnt post just as much. neil kelly of action signs? funny enough neils just got back on the boards and back into the group posting etc i could go on, but you will ony remembr the ones from back then that posted.
the nicknames etc have all changed to real names as has the pictures so again, folk from the past wont be recognised in same way...

infact ive just relaised why phill mentioned rightsigns as i think that was his name back then yeh?

Hi Paul, good to see you back here, we have done business a few years back. We discussed doing light covers for my X99 kit car, remember.

Cheers
