Hi Everyone!

Hi Rob! and everyone else

This site is awesome! Well done!

Came across your site whilst browsing around the 'Bull Boards' at Letterheads.com a year or two back, and have looked in from time to time, but finally decided to become a member.

There is so much knowledge here and excellent how to's.

My background is in Print & Design, but came across vinyl signmaking in 1991 while looking through a MacUser magazine where Granthams were selling a Mimaki desktop vinyl cutter with Mac software - had to have it!

Done a mixture of Signboards, A-Boards, Window and Vehicle applications - but nothing big - and these are mostly for me mates who don't pay well

Had to replace the Mimaki - too small - so recently jumped in and bought a Summa USB D60 :P

I will be around here alot from now on browsing the posts to see if I can add any of my knowledge to the already vast amount!

See Ya!

Paul

Hi there Paul…
:P Thanks for taking the plunge mate.. We have a great bunch of folk here on the site. All willing to help out when they can.
Coming from the mighty letterheads site you may find things move a little slower than you are used to.
We all find this to our liking I think. We are a closer-knit community & the level of knowledge is second to none. :D
I hope you find things to your liking and please feel free to get stuck in.

If you have read any of the other posts in the say hello you will know if you have a picture to submit then send me it and ill do the rest.

Cheers mate!

WALES WALES WALES, hope we dont get too many more Welsh Signmakers, this country just aint big enough for us all. There will be more signmakers than decent rugby players soon.

If Carlsberg made countries WALES would probably be the best in Country in the World

Given that there aren't any decent rugby players in wales - I can confidently state that this is already the case

Great suggestion by Bob
Lets try fast weeding

You won't be able to beat me though
I get three or four Sunday papers and weed them in next to no time
