for some time now ive been using a 10p
to mark the corners of my panels & file them down to that shape. makes the sign look more finished & takes the sharp corner from the sign.
i saw on a US sign site a corner rounder!
its like a hand held punch type thing.
has anyone seen or heard of them in the UK?
if so where can i buy them & do you have an idea of cost?

Saw your post Subaru - followed it and found this neat little corner-rounder...from £135 - not bad. I'd seen an old metal workers one a few years ago but not thought about it since...pretty good idea...I like 'finishing' touches, they speak volumes to any job. Can't sya I'll buy one this week sort o' thing but will keep in in mind for when I'm in a spendin' mood

hi there
we actualy have one. its about 10 years old and still cuts the corners off like it was new. i think they must be self sharpening blades on them. they do finish the signs off very well and not to mention stopping you cutting yourself on the sharp corners of the metal.
worth having in my opinion.
i saw them in up-date also and im thinking of buying one as they do a bigger radious than the one i have.
