Bannerman I've got signtools with win98 & 2000 (works fine). I've not moved to xp because I've heard of loads of problem issues with printer drivers etc.

You can scan in your artwork then use Coreltrace (you will have that with Corel9) to trace it - it will convert to vector for you - just muck about with the settings till you find one to suit.

Personally I've always been as helpful as possible in sending out a customer's logo - after all it's their logo. If I'm seen to be unhelpful by the customer then that may risk any future business from them.
Why some printers hang onto logos may be for other reasons i.e. they may not have been paid.

Lorraine I use Cdraw 10 + Sign Tools but only because I've used Draw for donkeys years for general print use and I'm so familiar with it. The signtools add-on I feel is not a necessity but has some nice features.
