Screen printing is probrably the cheapest solution not the quickest mind you. I have a Roland pc60 and it is sooooo expensive to run and you always get the problem with print banding but you can print on matt vinyl. we Tend to use Trans tec 200 high tac Application tape for all of our vinyl work but.......... it always seems to come with a different strength of tackyness everytime even though we ask for high tac.......... quite often it has lines of high tac glue through the roll does anyone else have the same ...
