Hi Phil,
fingers crossed then, I tried the XP4099 on the mugs 7 could have cried, it was no good :cry: but absolutely brillian on the T's & fabric mousemats.

You mean I should feed the kids at LEAST once a week????

Hi Phil, that's the paper for hard surfaces, mugs etc, not so good on the T's, what media setting are you printing on, should be inkjet photo quality. I use Epson photo quality inkjet paper for mugs & it's excellent & dries instantly, with good natural blacks through photoshop & I print ...

Martin, might be a daft question but have you done a nozzle check print? That will tell you if a color, or 2, is missing

I'm using the Xpress ink on a 1290s & find it every bit as good as the Rotech I previously used in a C82.

Do you use the Xpres paper (I think I remember you do)

thanks for your imput, I'm trying to figure out why I would need 10 wraps to match the press output given that press times I've seen quoted are 3-4 minutes. I could be missing the point

The wrap was £20 on ebay by the way, or you can buy them direct from the company for 55Euros!!

15 minutes at 400F was what I gave them in a little worktop mini oven, but I must qualify the temperature. Yes,
I had the same problem & Listawood told me after 17 mousemats the cartridge had probably run out???? It had clogged & used the set of cartrifges to try & clear it.

And right click on the trash can & rest the size smaller, it defaults to 10% of the hard drive!! December 2003 issue ofP CPLUS has a lot of useful stuff to streamline it as well.

Hi Kev, My Cactus wraps are coming from http://www.conde.com. Cactus said they were on back order, but Conde have them & should be with me next week. I've ordered 8 so I can work in batches of 4, one lot cook while another lot are prepared, great if you have a reasonable order. Linda

Hi Martin, thanks for the info on the plaques. Your printer has the all in one colour cartridge, like the 1290s The C82 has separate ones & they are small. I used stinger as well but as a precaution. I'm on Broadband & got scared, so checked it out. I use Panda Titanium anti-virus permanantly enabled. stinger didn't find anything so maybe I was lucky. On the other hand I have AOL Broadband & AOL virus scan incoming emails!!
