Hi Folks PC60 ribbon refills will fit PC50 carts. The ribbon formula is the same for both machines. PC50 OEM ribbon length was 180M. PC60 is 90M. That is the only difference. There certainly is such a machine! Try Rolands website - they have a machine that prints white. I believe it's CMYK and instead of light Cyan & Light Magenta - you have a white ink. The inks are ecoSol inks - no toxic fumes!

Vinyl labels would not be suitable for heat resistant labels. You would need to move to a Polyester. This material has an upper melt temp of approx 255 degrees C (What 'melt' means I don't know) but certainly vinyl could not live in any kind of high temp.
How do you propose to print?

Andrew from McMordie Bros in Belfast recons that Sign Foils white is excellent, but in his experience the OEM foils are not satisfactory - your gonna have to test a Sign Foils white! You'll get one from Europoint, I suppose you could ask for a sample!

Your Jetster printing - you'll always have problems if your working from scans. You need good artwork. You can also try a .pdf format, but good initial artwork is paramount.

Hi Cabbage If you're using ecoSolvent inks you should NOT overlaminate prints. If you do - you trap any solvent evaporate between the print and the overlaminate. It should be very cheap and cut up to 500mm wide only
Being a printer plotter:
You can print on another machine with PC50 margins and the PC50 will auto find data edge of material and profile cut!
