Nice work (!) We call it a scroll saw (how simple). Using MDF for a job like that scares the heck out of me. From one rainy place to another (not this summer though), how well does the MDF stand up to the elements, especially as well prepared as your sample is (?)

You use that distortion a lot in your work (checked website), move the castle up into the arch and all the lettering below it can move up from the bottom edge. Script in bar doesn't really fit, need a font that doesn't have such large variation in size between capital letters and lowercase ones. Gre...

We have 3 Gerber plotters and a Camm 1. The Gerbers are usually run with the swivel blade unless we are cutting sandblast or reflective film. Bigger question might be tractor or friction feed.
