which logo design should i go for?

Hi All!

I'm working on our new logo, but I can't decide: rotated or horizontal background?

Some arguments:

Rotated: dynamism, freshness etc.
Horizontal: stability, reliability ...and easier design in layouts.

I am asking you, write your opinion!

I do not like more layers of the vinyl on the back side of the acrylic. And the letters have a nice shade in this manner.

On the big panel, there is an extra fixing behind the ZZ logo.

if your Corel is not include the Barcode Wizard, insert your Corel9 CD, start setup32.exe, and chose Add new components / Productivity tools / Corel BARCODE Wizard. You can find help files on Corel CD too.

I use only EAN-13 codes, in Corel 6.

I have an old Roland CAMM1 PNC900 plotter, and I would like set the cutting speed less than 1cm/sec (0.25-0.5cm/sec for a special cutting test). The minimum speed of the original CAMM1 driver is 1cm/sec. :-?

Yes, if the vehicle is far away, you can't make photos. But - I think - the most of sign makers work for local comapanies, and the customer usually brings the vehicle. Maybe the Mutoh Rockhopper I. is good alternative. It can't cut but 46" wide (~14000 EUR+VAT).

If I remember right, the Vinyljet can't print to paper. You can use it only for vinyl and banner works.

Hi you can match RAL/Pantone colors on the http://www.easyrgb.com site. First select the Search a Tint and type the RAL (or other color space) code, then click on Start button. You'll get the RGB codes. Next click on Match button (next to your RGB values), and select the Pantone simulations! :cool:

I should think the CMYK vinyl cutting is not impossible, if we can get very thin and transparent vinyl... like an ink on the printing press. But, i fear the too much vinyl layers. :-?

I experiment with linear color blends.
