Painting

I would bet its from the paint. Especially if it has been buffed recently. I do work for a body shop at times, fixing damage artwork. I had to stripe a truck once, was told the truck was painted a week ago and baked. Layed my stripes down, looked great. Got a call the next day saying it had all bubb...

Bubbline

Was this a brand new van? Or was it by chance a freshly painted van?

Video

Check out this video for layering. The colors have to be layed down in the order they appear on the screen. Black first, then orange, then white.

power supply

It came with a 500watt power supply. the case is all aluminum so its nice and light to carry around. I take it out to my garage once a month or so and blow it out with nitrogen from the Shock rebuilding station. I bought the case from electroseller.com.

definitely a large truck

The tow truck that I lettered is larger than the one that is copied. It has a 30ton lifting capacity. The original is a 20ton. He has a few of these, the first one that I lettered was in an accident and needs a new truck to put under the body. The colors were all layed individually. It actually went...

vehicle graphics: tow truck

Here are pictures of tow trucks. The second one is a truck that my customer had purchased used. The only thing that was changed in terms of graphics was the lettering on the door. He has since bought another used black tow truck and wanted it done the same way the first one was. So I had to recreate...

Didn't have the greatest of outings this weekend, could not get the car to hook up to the track. Best was a 6.48. Not good enough for the exhibition. This car normally runs 6.20's and in the teens in good air.

Thanks for the comments everyone. The little symbol in the widow maker lettering is supposed to be an hourglass. It looked better on the initial drawing than on the cut letters. The spider is painted on, the body shop that painted the car did all of the spider work, as well as the spider web which i...
