:oops: sorry adrian, i knw what you mean! the edge does nice stuff on metallic silver & gold, i did a test print on my cadet printing on to metalic gold & they came out ok, but the inkjet i dont think will ever be able to do
reverse metalic gold on to clear?

frog mans right, use the cleaning kit pour some flush fluid on to a cleaning stick ( sponge bit) gentaly rub the heads, only do a mechanical head clean when absolutly nessasary as it causes wear on the print heads! :wink:

hi rodney, i did some printing today, auctioneers signs, 24"x24" all on the one peice, then mounted it wet on to 6mm corriboard, i found that the print was realy thin & it had a big tendancy to pull out of shape as i was taking it of the backing paper, it was hard work getting it on to the board...

it was tricky going over the ridges on the side, but the sunshine helped

did this one today, lovely day for it, but the pannels on the van were a bit warm, i decided to put the black on wet, as i was afraid of it giving me hassle, the client left the design up to me & wasnt botherd what way i did it, he seemed happy enough when he collected it, took an hour to remove...

thanks phill, no thats not the problem, the letters are joining up perfect, its a perforated cut like jo says.......jo. i had a close look at the blade holder & ther is a small ball race inside. mabe it is nackerd, its fine on big letters, i gess its not under any pressure on slow bends, but whe...

i am in a spot of bother!!!! my trusty old camm-1, cm24 is not to well, yeasterday i was doing a menu board for the local fish & chippie, after cutting a load of small lettering, about half inch high text, i noticed that on the round letters like o, s, u ect, the nife had cut a realy bad jagged ...
