Hiya I used to use Cox Plastics but they started charging way too much for freight (in their own vehicles too!) and they wanted to slap on a flat "extra" for orders for less than a full 50M roll. I don't think they are interested in the smaller business. So I went to DoroTape a couple of years back....

Although I don't have XP I follow a similar path to Mort, except I export as eps file. I open the eps (usually at 72dpi) in Photoshop and convert eps to jpg - to keep the file size down.

Works fine for me, and you get pretty quick at it.
