I use Netobjects Fusion Its very easy to use and can normally be found on free cd on the front of computer magazines. It has a good range of templates and the learning curve is very short. Phil,

I sympathise with you, I think we all hate that scenario. I think I would look payment for the job as completed today and tell the customer that you'll work out a quote for the extra work on Monday.

Its a tough one to know what to do

billing for time

I sort of fall between two stools on this one. I build the price ofthe design in to the job but always charge extra for scanning/vectorising logos of business cards, napkins etc. I always give pitch this as "a one-off now we have it one the system.
