Thanks for the info, I had thought about manufacturing the panel myself, but wasn't too sure i'd get a good finish on the radiused corners.
I will check out the cost of a replacement and if it leaves me no margin on the job will cut one out of some spare alupanel.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a supplier of replacement truck curtains, preferably in the south east.
Also are they available with printed graphics, or are the only options to ink them by hand or use a "truck" vinyl.

spoken to cherwell & they dont do one, I was going to use their economy a boards but the customer saw the walls sign outside the sweet shop next door & declared he wanted signs "just like those"

Thanks for that jim, i hadnt realised but that leaflet was sitting on my desk too, under the days bills!

The ones I'm looking for dont have the black base, the frame hinges apart a bit like an "a" board.

The ones i've seen are marked "AC Edwards" but the phone number comes up unrecognised. :(

I used my keencut praktic to cut some 3mm dibond the other day, only used it on foamex before, but can confirm it cut it no problem - I guess blade life is compromised but they only use a std "stanley" type blade.

No problems on a 56k dial up connection here. Your site looks fine, thumbnail pages take a while to complete, but no longer than it takes to look at the first couple of rows of images. Couldn't find any dead links, superb job!

cheers Alan thanks for the reply, it looks like its another feature disabled in the shortcut version as I have no "spool" setting in my plotter setup menu. :x
