Hi Robert, What you need to do here is clear you Internet Explorer temporary files. When your cache gets full it leads to IE5 or 6 doing some strange things, one of them being only giving you the .bmp option. Hi James,

You need an update from the Roland website to upgrade CorelDraw 11.

You will then be able to add the cut & plot button to your toolbar.

Sorry I can't remember the URL but I did it a couple of months ago and it worked perfectly.

Thanks for your advice guys. I thought this cutter looked too good to be true. I take Roberts point about poor quality components. I expect you've all been asked this a 1000 times before but which 24" cutter would you recommend? I haven't got very deep pockets, is it worth considering 2nd hand?

Anyone know anything about Secabo cutters?

I have seen a Secabo c60 for sale at http://www.selectstore.co.uk for £935 which includes a stand and VAT.

What do you think?

I am hoping that it would be a massive upgrade from my Stika SX15!!!
