Hi all Just come back and there's nowt wrong with it!! If you stand underneath and look up then it slightly bows out but nothing drastic and it certainly wouldn't come down. Just come back and there's nowt wrong with it!! If you stand underneath and look up then it slightly bows out but nothing drastic and it certainly wouldn't come down.

I'm loving that!! The logo stands out more and that image is very cool indeed. The Blambot site is full of great ideas isn't it. Hope you go for this style as I'd love to see it on a car!! Hi all Have someone asking me to remove old telephone numbers from 9 vans and replace them, how do you charge for the removal. I'm with Rob, love my VP540, might not be a true signmakers machine but it suits me and works hard with no problems. I've always had a Summa cutter on hand as well in case I need to run something off while printing.

I always use the Summa range, virtually indestructible and good cutting results, I wouldn't scrimp on a cheap cutter that you'll have to replace a year down the line! At the moment I use a D750 and a S75.

It works for me but then I care about what leaves my place and won't do 'cheap' or 'basic'
5 minutes to knock up a design, 5 minutes to print/cut, doesn't sound like a waste of time to me, go for it mate, you never know!

not something I've heard of as all the logos under ice are done with stencils and paint, then the ice is layered on top of that. You would be trying to put the sign on top of ice which I imagine is impossible! I do a lot of the sponsor boards at our local rink and it's the only way I've seen it done...

The only way I know is converting the PDF to a JPG or TIFF then sorting the fonts out separately, if you don't have the correct font then it will substitute no matter what you do.

Used both PC's and Macs and I have to say when I opened my own place it had to be the Mac, just so much easier to use and a lot less hassle. I don't think there's much of a grey area between them anymore.
