Try 'Premierline.co.uk' I've had both my 5 seater vans insured with them.
I know what you mean, loads of insurance companys turn there noses up
just because you've 5 seats... don't know why, there's so many crew vans around now a days!

I'm 100% sure FlexiSign's Rip Default is to Delete File After Printing.
I'm Sure you have to go into Rip Production manager/ preferences to alter this so you 'Save To File'
Hope this helps... Just easier to write down what you did on your job sheet, than clogging up your Hard Drive!

We used it to stick to a opal polyprop sheet.
