advice please on applying Digital Vinyl Print?

As above. Can anybody give me a rough guide to applying to self-adhesive digital print. Im most concerned about scratching the image with the squeegee. Would a felt one be best??

Any help will be appreciated (however obvious as this is my first job using digital print)

Regards
Andrew

Unfortunately i couldnt do much with the word "furniture medic" as it is just a copy of their logo.
