is it just on the edges or all across, have seen it before on the edges but if it's all across i would say either the backing paper is contaminated & the heat is waking the glue up or the backing paper is allowing the glue to migrate through it

Hi
head fuse normally covers 2 heads, can you draw ink on that side with the syringe. Remove the dampers allow ink to drain back, place back on head and use syringe. I would say you may have a crack in the manifold nipple that the damper goes on to. This test may show up that as the problem

A lot of damage can be done removing it normally everything is built bespoke in to the property as in tied in to the top of the windows floor joists/...

don't know if this will work in Illy but if you select all & sent to the front it normally makes the software think the graphic is been laid down in one go so will cut in a normal order

Hi won't say that this will work with latex but have done with solvent prints to help avoid scratches, basically polish with a bit of Mr Sheen (furniture polish) helps the squeegee's to glide over them minimising scratching of the surface, use to do a lot of car dealer & radio promotional stuff ...

Re: Dye Sub Mug Printing help.

Dave full coverage is very dependant on press pressure you are transferring a gas in to porous surface so a slightly uneven pressure because in correct set up or mug shape will give you a faded look. It is normal for temp to drop keep your mugs in a warm dry location will help. Doing spot transfers ...

if you want it just for invoicing try easy invoicing you can try it first very simple but gives you good tools for checking on money owing, statements etc use 8 instead of 9 but you can download both to try cost is just under £20.00 if you find you like it.

Re: Dye Sub Mug Printing help.

David rules for dye sub are same as printing, keep you mugs in a damp free reasonably warm storage. Plus ensure you pull your transfer tight are you taping it to the mug, are you cooling mugs in cold water to stop the process continuing. Is the mug press set up correctly, don't take timings as gospe...

Ok i'm presuming that the bit left in is tubular if it is i would modify an easy out either making it very stubby and you may have to weld an extension for it to reach. You can make your own with a bit of flat bar cutting at a taper then grinding edges to sharp angle. Has you tap it into place it wi...

if i'm reading your measurements correct H=600mm x W=600mm x Length=3mtrs at a bottom depth of 1.2 mtrs made up of 600mm block & 600mm back fill. This seems very excessive for size sign was it being dug with a digger because thats over a cubic meter of spoil

if you have bad weather up your end i would be worrying about how well the concrete has cured, in the few days its been poured. Below 4.5 degrees slows it right down so setting expansion bolts in it too early may cause failure

Yep marine ply but ensure you paint both sides and edges not just the side on show, this helps to elevate bowing etc. 2nd the glueing of the edge trims again helps with the longevity of the board
