Andrew, When i have a multicolour image with no background i print on inkjet dark, cut and weed then just use clear application tape as a carrier. I got my gear of Steve at custom carousels, he sells the ink and all the gear you can find him on google under red devil products or custom carousels, he showed us how to do it and it looked easy enough even though we haven't tried yet as were too busy. if we do soon we will let you know how it goe...

I never have ANY problems with 'William Smith'. Really good to deal with. They do 5-7 Ritrama (nice stuff to use) and also 3M materials. The BRANDED P200 application tape is really good...and cheap too! Delivery is next day by TNT, and the check at the time of order what stock levels are so no nast...

Andrew We have had great service from William Smith. We are also starting to use Hexis and they seem good so far... May I ask - Why not Metamark or APS? Luke APS - everytime I order the prices change ! Metamark - their accounts dept....well they couldn't run a p*ss up in a brewrey - IMHO ! :o

We use a template and router the shape (large radius corners - small recess either edge )
The frames he has already - from scaffold supplies

If you ungroup the design in Corel - Arrange - convert to curves

this should work, sometimes you will struggle to convert a "group"

I do a lot of Glass engraving,
The cabinet was from Glass Scribe
A small silent compressor
Stencils can be cut from vinyl, but to get real detail I use a film from Crystal Galleries - using a UV lamp and a water wash out

Red MUST be used on the rear
Any colour used on the sides

Thanks for the comments, I did offer the text in 2 lines - The Customer is always Right (Right?) Hinge at the top, The only bubbles were my fault where the squeegee overlapped, but whats a few pin pricks between friends ! The main advantage to me doing this dry was time - done and dusted in 1 hour :P

Fixing Foamex Panels

A bit basic this one,
I have a number of foamex panels (1000 x 350mm) inside a shop. Can anyone recommend a double sided self ad tape, I have dorotape cataloge but so many don't really know which to choose.

I'm looking for a supplier for blanks nothing really fancy, have had quotes from SMP but they seem to want all the profit from the job as well.

Another Vote for the Summa, I have used a couple of different cutters over the years ( not graphtec ) I cannot sometimes believe how accurate the machine - within a couple of mm over a length of 6 or 7 meters. Also came with a 3 years on site warranty
