We purchased the letters with the tape already applied, but we applied the acrylic to the tray. I don't even know if it's 3M. we have just had a banner come in with old vinyl on. we have stripped the vinyl and now left with the adhesive residue. have tried to get rid of it using meths but no good. does anyone know of anything i could use that wont attack the banner?

me too. our cx300 was doing exactly the same with menu boards and small text. we tried three new blades before i thought of running a drop of oil down the knife shaft. we used oil from hair clippers. worked a treat!!!!

we bought our mangle type and it cost 50 quid. recently one man has been laying up graphics using 300mm wide tape by 2.5m. you can actually get a 700mm wide roll on it but having never tried i wouldnt know.

coral draw and signtools 3

only been doing this sign game for about 2 years. We use CoralDraw 9 and signtools 3 plug in for our cx300. Never had any problems and we find you can use said software to do the job just as well as a much more expensive package.
