We had these installed on our old CJ500 just flushed and cleaned all the pipes and heads out thoroughly. Its a good ink as we used to leave the machine for days and just start printing again with no problems of blocked nozzles or anything. Quite a reasonable price when we where buying them

Kromex do a good ink for Foamex and will mix 1 litre tins for you. As others have said all the other screen ink suppliers will only mix 5 litres and charge you a premium . You could try screen printing it onto a clear polyester vinyl with a clear varnish with a say 10-20% white added. You could then lay in one piece with the clear vinyl not needing to be weeded.The polyester vinyl to use would be the same as is used on a lot of cosmetic bottles so it is crystal clear.

I disagree with you about the grippers on the CJV. Our 1370mm machine has 6 grippers and also an overlay gripper to keep the edges of the material flat to avoid head strikes. The only gripe I have on the mimaki is the cutting speed is not as fast as the Roland

For ready made up ones try www.osol.co.uk and look in product guide
and type in drywipe boards. They usually have plenty of good deals going on. I also by Drywipe laminate board from amari plastics which is ideal for UV printing direct to board. It doesn't need laminating either

We have used Polymeric paper from Europoint which doesn't seem to damage when wet. It's untearable as well. Can be printed with solvent and UV inks

Flexiboard is like Correx bit is split down the grooves on one side only making it really flexible. You can easily mount digital prints or screenprint
direct to the substrate I've made a few plinths from it. If you ring Amari
they can get hold of it. Comes in various colours as well.
