We pounce with a Summa plotter from Omega 5. There is a setting that you have to know about. I’ll have a look tomorrow (Canada time) and post some screen shots. It works great.

We had a defective print head. Instead of getting grey in the halftone we were getting a pinkish colour. It turns out it wasn't printing the LT. cyan properly. So many good points here. I've been making signs full time for over 45 years. Technology has changed, but bonehead competitors and customers haven't. It seems the tips of V carving bits have a tendency to break of, so we just use one in that condition to slot the ACP. It works well for us. Nice tight bends. Just a heads up there are different grades of these ACP sheets. The Econo grade has a thinner metal face and it is suitable only for flat app...

We are long time Omega user (v 2.6)
We just installed a 300VS and we love it. We have Corel 12 set up with a contour colour for Versaworks. Has anyone done this with Omega? I'd like to send the print/cut info from Omega as an eps file, rather than exporting from To Corel first.
