Hi need a vinyl that sticks to the boards commonly used in ice rinks around the ice, this is a polycarb material sometimes called HDFE, it has a greasy feel and always has a condensation/water issue ???

Standard tactics they are just trying to scare you into paying quickly or overpaying.
Ignore them or tell them to gtf, they will not take legal action they cannot afford to, eventually they will call and you can tell them the truth about what you owe.

Careful where you buy the press from, lot of sharks out there, use all three of ours every day easy money just try and promote it. The difference between an expensive heatpress and a cheap one is how much you pay for it, they are simple machines they heat and press you don't need rolls Royce enginee...

Hi yes we have quoted a few people on these, they need cool lamps so public can happily touch them, different ways to make them but you should budget for about £800 each letter at between 4-5 ft high, companies rent them out for a bout £250 a letter

Hi looking for supplier of approx. 14 metes red led tubing to give almost same effect as neon, spoken to a couple of suppliers but the good stuff does not seem to be avail in UK GE Tetra but am advised the other stuff fades after a few months.

Any experience tips ??

Well guys was ready to take the plunge placed an order for the lightbar and eventually got samples but we did very quick light nail scrape and got horrific results we will not be proceeding, two pictures same are light bar third picture is our solvent print. Couldn't use the same photo though

The first one is softer and the prints stick a bit, the second one is harder and the prints do not stick but move freely.

The guys use them for different jobs.

But to be fair most of them prefer the glass

One of our biggest customers who we do thousands every month for fit quite a few of their own decals and we have trained them, they are quit simple to fit and sometimes they have surface issues. its all part of the package, the vinyls they fit are less than 1% of their total spend ?

Its not really a problem but yes you would need two different sources of light tubes or leds inside light box and the neon/Leds inside the letters I assume the 3 d letters are going to be face lit, it might be possible depending on the design to use the light from the light box to illuminate the let...

Hi Denise just looked at your post again, I did not notice you wanted to use Perspex letters, for the halo effect you should you should use ally comp or another solid material , although you would get a different effect using Perspex and I think it would look good (probably better than ally comp)

Looking to be the one stop shop for everything, not just the printing as the finishing side that you need to build up, you need folders, creaser guillotines, booklet makers, calendar makers laminators etc etc, depending how you go into it can cost quite a lot

Sorry I am with Neil but now as you are looking at blue then that is no problem at all just remember to have an even form of illumination and make sure the illumination is far enough back so as not to create spotting or shadowing

Summas the best

Had a Summa D60 for the past 3 years never broke down never needed serviced always cut true.

We are now the proud owner of a Summa S160T (1600mm wide tnagential cutter with Super OPOS for those in the dark)
