gerber edge

Hello Mark,

I am not sure if it is the edge or edge 2, it is the creamy coloured model, and I think that this is the edge, not the edge 2, I would be asking for around £4500, the price includes foils and some rolls of vinyl.

gerber edge

I made the right choice in getting the Gerber Edge, it suits my needs, I am amazed at the quality, I have had the edge for less than 2 weeks and I have already used it every day for making number plates, decals, safety signs, etc, the edge has a small printing width and might be a pain if you wanted...

Hello Robert,

just to cover the cover the board in vinyl!, I will be printing on the vinyl with a digital printer and I want a quicker way of applying the vinyl to the board and the roller seems the best way.

I am looking for a roller

Hi,

I have a roller that I use for rolling the reflective to the acrylic on number plates, I would like a wider one, around 500mm in width for rolling vinyl onto foamboard for making signs, does anyone know where I can get one from?

Hello Sally, whatever tool you decide to use, always use them with care, the scalpel is very very sharp, I should know, I went to work the other day trimming some vinyl and used a thin metal ruler as a cutting guide, the scalpel slipped and trimmed the tip of my finger off  , so TAKE CARE!! wet application?

I think the problem with my nerves was that the customer insisted on watching me fit the graphics (:) , it wasn't just the customer, most of his family watched as well, you know you could make a big mistake when people are watching you, one thing I hate is being watched, at least if you make a mess,...

Becky! your lucky that you have the courier passing every morning at 8:20 am, when we have a courier wanting to deliver something to us, they spend about 10 minutes on the phone wanting directions, then they get lost so I have to meet them somewhere, if they don't have our phone number, they can't b...

gerber edge

Dazzel,

the aim of getting the edge was for fancy show plates in full colour, they are not intended for road use, we have a pronto printer that we use for printing the road legal plates to the BSAU 145d standards and all our components are sourced from a UK supplier!.

hello Darryl, our suppliers of blank reflective for the plates also use a gerber edge and it was our suppliers that mentioned the gerber edge to us, before you ask, they don't supply machines like the edge, they passed me onto another firm!!, I know of other plate makers that only use the edge for m...

Hello Dazzel, I thought about the colour system on your website ;~), but never got round to contacting you about it, we would like to slowly branch out into making signs as well as number plates, and a couple of people mentioned the edge for it's quality, we don't want to start making huge signs lik...
