Hi Tim, I've had this before with Coreldraw. I was using the shape tools (intersect/weld/trim) and leaving originals. I still do it from time to time. I always check for duplicates before I go to the plotter.Try making sure the check boxes are cleared. If it ain't that , well ... I dunno. Yer on yer...

I'd sggest you use a banner grade vinyl for this . I've done quite a lot of them . Banner vinyls are much thinner and more flexible and have less tendecy to damp the sound .
