Yes Rob, i remember lorraine a few years back had mentioned something about a CD she had with various types of swirls,borders etc that could be used for designs in etched vinyl.

Would anyone happen to know of any discs i could buy with the fancy swirls,borders and corners etc that i could use for making designs in etched frosted vinly??

Anyone know anything about these machines?? they are used in the sand blasting of glass, its lets you take a normal photo and using this machine you can make a outline or detailed image for blasting onto a mirrors etc....

Cheers for replying rob. :lol1: I was looking at some of the sites which sell sheets of etched vinyl/etchded designs to the public, and they recommend using a spray bottle with a touch of washing up liquid or baby shampoo. Id really like to do it dry myself rather than mess about with spray bottles ...

tools for applying frosted vinyl

Which tools do i need to apply frosted vinyl onto glass doors,mirrors etc? The small amount which i have done have been with a gold squeege, i was wondering if i should use a Felt applicator or roller? If so which type/sort should i purchase to do the job?? Any hints/tips on applying frosted/etched ...

Just visited the magic touch website, the paper used ceramics DCT 4.1 ad the DCT 4.6 seems quite expensive is there anywhere else it can be bought cheaper?? plus i have a epson 1290 printer what ink should i use for printing onto mugs and ceramics?? Any advice would be appreicated on this matter.
