risk assessment form

We've worked in 4 or 5 different centres (including this one a year ago!) and never been asked for such a document. I was wondering if anyone out there had a generic one we could use? Also some pointers ...

you want to do it when it's off the drum. Try and cut some sort of template (we use a couple of sheets of cardboard) to fit inside the drum skin to give you something to lean on when squeegeeing the graphics on.

does anyone know if it can print onto dark garments? It says so on the machine spec, but only showed white or light coloured garments getting printed.
Also noticed that it was a CMYK inkset (no white), so i'd have thought printing onto darks would be difficult/impossible.

Flip it over and maybe flood coat it with vinyl to give you a nice shiny new surface to work with.

Hi, The square mark you are getting is normal. If you press the rest of the shirt it won't stand out so much. As for the 2 rubber mats- 1 should be on the top platen of the press and the other on the bottom. The blue marks you are getting could be fibres from a previous garment or, maybe the residue...
