As I told you already, you can apply the panels using the laminating machine. Remove the laminating roll and use the printed vinyl instead. Very fast and clean. Only if you have a machine big enough. :)

Hi, it looks you forgot about the most important thing for rivets when you are in hurry: paint roll. :) I use one of 8in. Very nice and smooth work with it if you are in hurry.

Usually when corel crush the program is making a .tmp file somewhere on your hard disk. Do a search for *.tmp file and look after one with a lot of 000(zeros) in the name and with the date of creation. If you find it just rename it changing the .tmp in .cdr

For all photos, eps, ai, pdf, psd you can use Adobe Bridge which is coming with Photoshop. I don't know if you can view the cdr files but you can give it a try. It's a very good program if you have a lot of files.

How it looks the patterns when you're doing a nozzle check? Can you post a photo to see how it looks the yellow line? Did you look underneath the heads for any dirt? How about those 2 small clear plastics on the sides of the head?

Hi,
From what I remember in Flexi you have the option to define a path as contour cut line. So, select the line with the spot color named contour cut and define it as contour cut line. This should work.

In left-up corner photo is a prolight made it with engrave machine and after that with vinyls for different colors. The award piece was made it from stiplex (PVC transparent) with looking glass vinyl applying on it. The PVC was heat bending.

It was cheaper to do just the prints then apply them after the prints was handly cut. I will post photos with these banners installed on their locations.
