thanks for your reply, pinch rollers are in position OK, I think it might have to do something with the sensor but I am not sure, I am waiting for a reply from B&P but I appreciate if someone encountered the same problem on the forum will have a solution for me.

Hi
First of all Happy new year to all.
I have a VersaCAMM VP-540 and it is giving me pinch roll errors each time I try to set up the sheet, has anyone come across this error before, any help appreciated.

Thanks you for your nice comments, image was printed at 720x720dpi, and regardig the back, yes it is full but I did not design the back and the actual back was given to me ready for printing (which I don't like much) the sides I designed myself.

Sorry Pete, forgot to reply regarding rear window, well , I heat up slightly the one way vision so I can apply on curves, and the cast is exellent to work with, it is flexible and repositional.

Thanks for you nice comments, I used Graficast and laminate and it is great to work with, and it was printed on a Uniform Cadet (great printer).
The only thing I did not wrap was the top, all way round is wrapped including the white on the back.

It took me a full days work to wrap both side doors, both side panels and doors at the back. The original van colour is white. Actually all front and top are unwropped.
