We have been asked to produce around 50,000 id cards for a charity we do work for. Hi Dex, Just seen your reply. I don't know if you have much experience with reflectives, but you only need ENGINEERING GRADE VINYL, this is considerably cheaper than Grade 1,2 or 3 commonly used for emergency services etc. we find the cheapest at the moment is Lucky Lite from Cherwell or Vinyl Logis...
