Wow! Im moving to Oxfordshire I ll be RICH!!! Yes I would say about £60 + £15 per extra colour on singles-as regards gloss or matt, as a printer our general rule of thumb is "match the ink finish to the surface finish" most wheelcovers are matt so matt it is!
