Hello folks. I have been having an issue for about a month with my Graphtec. It used to cut just fine. Yes and no.
I can paint a vehicle far more quickly (for me anyway but I'm fast) than I can p!ssing around with vinyl.
You can make a lot of $$ doing specialty vehicle lettering and pinstriping by hand. Unfortunately what was once a good market for me is now saturated by hacks.

I outsource as needed, that way I don't have to buy a machine, buy the material, inks, and laminate, plus a laminator, keep it all running, and the head...

Painting them would be so much simpler and easier (not to mention far less expensive and less labor) Logos would be easy to apply in cut vinyl or a print and would stick easily to the paint. I like the star one and the union jack one.
Almost all of the wraps are very text-heavy with small hard to read copy.
I would think about eliminating that, even if the customer is requesting it, to make you work have an even nicer look.

This probably won't solve the problem, but sometimes if you tun off your computer then turn it back on, it works.
You might want to reinstall Cutting Master?

At a quick glance, there is very little contrast. Your colors need to be much darker, and there are way too many small words in that laundry list. I'd put that on the back only. I would not put the address on there unless you must, and if so, throw that on the back as well because it's lost way down...

There is too much space between EC and Cleaning, perhaps if you tightened that up. Must you really have all those phone numbers? Maybe just list them all on the back for a cleaner look on the sides. The one with the two logos on, looks like you've squished the EC CLEANING and there's too much space ...

Your layouts are kind of choppy looking, dated, and incohesive. :) I would try painting a dragon on the wall (easy using a projector) then adding standoff letters. You could do a list of services very simply in those windows as well as a phone number/...

I like it just fine (I hate wraps usually) would have liked to see a thicker outline on your name/subcopy.
But maybe you were trying to make it blend in?

Yup it's painted...his original logo (which I designed) doesn't have the clock face but I was trying to use up some variegated I had from another job.
I asked him last night if he's gonna get a U for that top line (I never even noticed it till I posted the pic!)

I've never had a failure with an Arlon product yet (I use Calon II)
I use Oracal 751 and 951 for vehicle lettering.
I had many a miserable failure with Avery. I find Mactac difficult to work with.
For reflective I only use 3M Scotchlite.

For the #1s I would probably use Rapid Tac 2.
The other stuff do dry.
Or...do the dry stuff first and then when you get a feel for it do the #1s last.

The capitals together have a lot of conflicting angles.
I'd choose a less casual font and stagger the capitals diagonally
(the first one slightly higher and both welded)

I do not like Frog Juice as I have seen it turn yellow-ish over time.
I once did swimming pool signs and had them shot with clear automotive paint.

Do it right the first time (cast) then.

I've had it happen to me.
"Cosmic Sans" hahaha
Was design subcontracting for another sign company.
It's just as bad, their customer wanted script "but in an arch"
I made them tell their customer that it couldn't be done.
