We use Anstrong electronic tranformers mainly from Matel, to date have been reliable
Externals, we always used to use f.a.r.t, but experienced a high failure, then switched to matel resin and these have been surperb.

cheers everyone,

installation took the best part of a day, the complete sign minus glass and end rolls, was hoisted onto the fixings, then the main time was fitting the glass and completing the wiring, suprisingly over 100m of HT 10 transformers and 2 controllers.

yes i do all our glasswork, but you are right it's extremely difficult to pickup up glassbenders good or bad ones, you always find the best ones are just about ready to retire. The only way to get one is to coax them with lots of money.

type faces for small signs are usually single line, block, serif, script. When the text gets large enough you can recreate any font with double outline.

If you could upload a rough image of your intended layout we could price the glass for you.

A big problem with moto X bikes is most of the mudguards and panels are polypropolene or similar and ordinary vinyls don't like sticking to them like normal substrates. Alot of the thick vinyl factory decals are reverse printed laminate with an agressive adhesive suited to the plastic.

Where neon wizard comes into its own, over others types of drawing software, is that once a drawing has been completed you can resize the drawing and still maintain correct tube width or you can change the tube size instantly from 12 to 15mm for example.

we use neon wizard, paid £795, can highly recommend it, saves hours of time drawing patterns by hand, plus you don't need to keep the paper patterns.
