A lot of good looking sign written vehicles are coming out of your workshop.

Is the whole side digital print? And what media did you use here in particular?
Looking from photo, the whole side is a print and cut job?

Thanks Pane, we cut that by hand actually, quicker than setting up as a print & cut. Can never remember the code but we used the best polymeric that Spandex stock. It’s a brilliant material to work with

did you contour cut around the high section of the trees or is it 100% panel coverage?

Thanks Robert, that was full coverage front to back up to the waistline, contour cut above on the tall trees, eyes watered when I found out the guy bought the van new, then spent £51,000 for the conversion!

A bit trigger happy with the phone, we’d wrapped the bumper in black, was inside having cameras & sensors fitted at the time. Not getting involved with bolting it back on with all that tech on board. I’d want a flux capacitor fitted for that kind of money

I generally use JUIP2503A50 from Spandex as an everyday vinyl, it handles anything up to but not including a single step return. No problem with door handle scoops either. It’s not their cheapest film but in the grand scheme of things it allows a little more creativity with vehicle livery, I used to swear by MD5 years ago until it felt & behaved differently. They claimed it hadn’t changed so I hunted around, the Spandex rep did lots of homework & came up with a decent solution, good vinyl. For wrapping we use either ij180 or 1105.
