Trying to track down substrate material

Does anyone know what this material is called and who supplies it?
I'm talking about a lightweight sheet material that looks like 3/4mm white Foamex, but has a foam inner layer and is much lighter than foam board?

Cheers

Isn't the material you describe generally known as mounting board?

Tried googling Kappa board and it appears to be a paper product - the stuff i'm trying to source is PVC. Can't find it on robert Hornes site....
