My new shop sign.
It was the most difficult sign I have ever done, as I am in no way a carpenter or engineer and did not know if it would work.
Had help via telephone from one of my Letterhead friends.
It's all on ½" factory-finished MDO, cut to size with a jigsaw then hand painted with both flat and gloss paint. It's double-sided, and the ends are covered with aluminum roof flashing to make it look like a solid unit.
It's about 7' tall.
I wanted something retro/fun.
The alignment of the "Jill's" panel is not correct but I will be darned if I'll fix it! hahaha
I will add some lights and a brick enclosure on the bottom come springtime. I have been with only half a sign for nearly a year, having to make a correx patch on the one side of the old sign after a wind storm.
Love....Jill
