BANNERS

I know this topic has been covered before.

But I have been let down again by my banner supplier.

I place an order for 3 banners late last Wednesday afternoon. I was told they would be with me on Monday.
Rung Tuesday, "they`ll be with you on Wednesday."
Rung today, NOW THEY CAN`T FIND MY ORDER.. (hot) (hot) (hot) (hot)

So thats it, I`m going to start making my own. (only up to about 5 metres long, as I`m stuck for room)

Does anyone else make their own, can they shed any light on the subject, tips and tricks etc.

yep, had a few from kevin. Never got my last order, or a reason why. Couldn`t raise him buy phone either. That was just after sign uk .

Just as a guide, what does evryone pay for banners

say white, 10ft x 2ft and white, 10ft x 3ft.

I`ve just been quoted between £17 and £25 + postage for the 3ft wide banner.

There's a marquee manufacturer conveniently within walking distance of me. For a white banner they charge 50p a square foot, seamed and eyeletted.

I've tried to contact Kevin too without sucess, I have a feeling he's not trading any more.

Who do you use kev that takes that long?
I've always used banner box and have only had one problem when the courier had missed my package on the van and didn't deliver.

I know others have had complaints, but i always fax my orders over and make it clear the amount of hem required and how many eyelets at what spacing. If i order in the morning i get next day, in the afternoon it's the day after.
