who do you use for your engraving machine servicing?

Hi all

This is my first post so please be gentle!!

My question is who do you use for your engraving machine servicing?
Do you use the machines manufacturer or an independent company?
I received a letter from a chap a while ago who used to work for an eng. machine company, he was offering servicing but I can not find the letter now.

Your thoughts and experiences will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Anthony

Always find Pantograph Services in Leeds great on repairs and servicing.

Contact them on 01132 496161

Don't be put off by the name, they also service computerised engravers.

Anthony the chap you are looking for is probably Colin Archer / CA Servicing T. 0191 415 0412. Very helpful, sorted a problem for me over the phone and I hope to arrange for him to service my machines in the near future.
As above, Pantograph Services who would specialise in Gravograph and Newing Hall machines
What machines are you running?

Hope this helps

Both machines are from Gravograph, an IS8000 (5 years old) and an IS400 Volume (1 year old, ex-demo).
