Come and visit FREE Corel seminars at Sign UK 2006 from 9th-11th May at the NEC, Birmingham

Corel will be hosting a series of step-by-step workshops aimed specifically at signmakers and digital printers at ‘Sign UK, Digital Expo, Outdoor Media and Screenprint 2006’. Anyone involved in producing logos, signage or promotional materials will learn how to save both time and money.
The seminars will give attendees an introduction to the latest version of Corel’s flagship graphic suite, CorelDRAW X3. With demonstrations from product managers at Corel, these tutorials will give a step by step guide to how CorelDRAW X3 can be used to achieve great results in sign production, including tips and tricks on drawing free-hand images, converting these into high-quality vector designs and a step by step guide to repurposing old printed signs or logos into professional vector illustrations.

These will be running everyday throughout the three day show, starting at 10.00am and running every hour until 4.00pm. For more details and to register free go to http://www.signuk.com/corel

Look into my eyes the eyes don't look around my eyes look into the eyes. When I count to three you will be under ... One ... two ... three

I am about two demonstrate how to wrap this plain white mini using our simple wrapping system that makes it easy for even the most inexperienced user to succesfully carry out a vehicle wrap. :-?

This little piggie went to a Sign Show,
This little piggie stayed in the office,
This little piggie bought a set of brushes,
This little piggie had a vinyl-cutter,
And this little piggie cried, "Wraps! Wraps! Wraps!"
And found his way to the Printer and Corel Stands

Judging is done BLIND by moderators to decide on a shortlist, then UKSG members from the short list. Posting here, then emailing me the same as an entry... leaves you wide open to unfair judging. keep this in mind

replies here with funny captions etc is perfectly fine to do so... but i personally would keep my best for last :D

I was thinking the same Rob.

Problem I see is that some of the 'suggestions' here are pretty close to some I have already sent in. I'd hate anyone to be compromised because someone else had/has a similar idea, and publishes it openly here.... :-?

ide rather not lock the thread as the replies are fun to read as well as keeps the topic hot.

there have been "many" entires so far... and like has been said some similar to posts by reply. all i can say is... "only" the entries by email to admin@uksignboards.com will be judged on.
everyone and anyone that wants to reply "here" for fun can, but please understand, if you post something here and do not enter, only for someone else to use a similar type caption, and WIN. you cannot complain after the event...

that said, if anyone uses my captions... :o ill keep the software all to myself, so there.... :baby:

i think you will find we did mate, many times. emails, phone calls... no reply or wrong numbers. we even asked a few folk if they knew who you were or had contact details.
andy gorman who came first received his prize within a week.
you have even removed your address from your profile... why?
not sure what else we are expected to do?
