There’s an Arlon film we used for a wall wrap, not sure if its a poly or cast vinyl, but the adhesive is very thick, and very sticky.

I think it’s cast as we got a cast over laminate.

Can’t remember the product code off top of my head.

Arlon DPF 8000 is a polymeric, well it’s described as "highly engineered" so basically a polymeric that’s got the maximum amount of plasticisers. It gets matched with a polymeric laminate if going on flatter surfaces but matched with a cast laminate if being applied to a textured wall (brick) Verrrrry sticky. Works in lower temperatures too.

We use a couple or materials which I consider to be a high tack. Spandex do an image perfect super grip, seriously has some grab to it, as you would expect. We also use an LG 5-7 year vinyl with grey adhesive, which when I compare to so many others, I find it to have an extremely good level of tack (not as much as super grip however). This is one of the main reasons we use the LG as our regular vinyl.

Thanks for time and effort sadly arlon is not a brand I have any faith in from my own experience.
I would stick it on a wall or floor though.

This project i don’t want the shrinkage associated with monomeric

We have used a lot of Arlon poly calendered vinyl and wrap vinyl with zero bad experience Chris.
We also use their Cast digital wrap media…

I have actually used the Wall wrap media too without any problems.
We did not use any laminate with it but personally if i did again ide use a matt laminate as it had a gloss sheen to it and i feel it should be matt to get the correct wall look effect. That, or if it comes as a matt base film, i would try that.
however, my "thought" on using a laminate on something like a "heavy textured" brick wall or the like is that the double layer may prevent a little moulding resistance, but thats me thinking out loud and what i did use the wall wrap media on was "short term".

printing wise, i actually switched to Arlon because i found it hit a specific colour output best from my latex printers on a large job i was doing and was best priced in comparison to several other premium brands i use.

all in all i cant fault the media.
