• An automated receipt of payment is instantly issued via e-mail to the email address you provide when purchasing membership. This receipt should be printed and kept safe for reference of renewal date and proof of purchase info.
• Membership will automatically renew until it is cancelled. If you do not wish to renew your Annual Membership agreement you must cancel your account no later than 24hrs "prior" to the renewal date by sending an email to our Customer Service department at cancelmembership@uksignboards.com.

UKSB videos are output at the highest quality possible. As a result, we recommend that you only consider using this facility if you have consistant High Speed broadband connection of at least 1mbit or above.
As way of protecting the content of our videos, all tutorial videos are hosted via our dedicated streaming video server which covers the United Kingdom and Europe. We currently do not offer any other alternatives of downloading or CD distribution of these videos.
Your membership will entitle you to view the videos for the duration of your subscription.
