carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment
facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. |
| All payments are subject
to the following conditions:- |
- If the card supplier declines payment, uksignboards.com
is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention.
You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment
has been deducted from your account.
- The data that you provide during this transaction
will only be used for the purpose of recording your payment.
We shall abide by the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 and
ensure that the data is used for no other purposes and is disclosed
to no third party.
- The following credit/debit cards are accepted:
Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo Delta & Visa Electron.
- Once you provide your credit or debit card information,
you authorise uksignboards.com to charge the card for fees due on your
account. Recurring annual fees will automatically
be charged to the credit or debit card number provided until you cancel
your account in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- All charges made to your credit card will be
listed as "UK Sign Group" on your credit/debit card statements.
- In no event will uksignboards.com be liable
for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use,
or the results of use of this site, or the materials or information
contained.
- Membership will automatically renew until it
is cancelled. If you do not wish to renew your Annual Membership agreement
you must cancel your account no later than 48hrs "prior" to the renewal
date by sending an email to our Customer Service department at cancelmembership@uksignboards.com.
- Once purchased, Advertising or Membership payments
are non refundable.
- uksignboards.com reserves the right to cancel
any account at any time without notice, for any reason uksignboards.com
deems inappropriate in accordance to board rules.
- Your right to use/access our tutorials is subject
to the length of your membership period. Any other uses of the tutorials
are not allowed

Video Tutorials - Please Note:
UKSB videos are output at the highest quality possible. As a result, we
recommend that you only consider using this facility if you have consistant
High Speed broadband connection of at least 1mbit or above.
As way of protecting the content of our videos, all tutorial videos are
hosted via our dedicated streaming video server which covers the United
Kingdom and Europe. We currently do not offer any other alternatives of
downloading or CD distribution of these videos.
Your membership will entitle you to view the videos for the duration of
your subscription.
All tutorials require the "free to download" QuickTime 7.2 or higher,
video player.
