Post titles may be edited at ANY time by admin. We will only do this if we feel the title is seen as aggressive, inappropriate or not descriptive enough in relation to the post. E.g. If someone is requesting a font or needs help identifying a font, they cannot just title the post "FONT". More description is required, for example: "I need a font" or "Font Identity please?" This is to make browsing the forums easier and more enjoyable for all visitors. Blatant or continual disregard for this rule may result in posts being deleted without prior warning.

Only UKSG members can offer their services to other members and can only do so in response to a request that has been posted in the "Quotes" forum. Replies can only be made via the PM facility provided. Registered users cannot offer their services openly on the site within any of the forums. Any member who becomes a supplier of any sort after obtaining UKSG membership cannot continue to receive all of the special features that the membership provides. Some restrictions of the added features will apply with immediate effect, without prior notice.

Buy-Sell-Swap, Only one entry of a product or batch of products can be made in this section of the site.
e.g. A seller cannot make a post for a for sale product, and it fails to sell. then continue to make the same post each day/week/month. However, The seller can reply to the post if he/she changes the price/deal in effort to sell the product.

If a seller has more than Three products to sell, they must include all products within the same post.
e.g. A seller cannot make 4 or more posts based all on their products.
this would result in the "latest topics" section being dominated by one site users for sale products.
Alternatively, they can stagger their entries/posts by making them two days apart.
e.g. Make 3 posts/entries, two days later, make additional entries of other goods/products.
